Job summary

World Animal Protection is seeking a Transformation, Change and Organisational Development Partner to strengthen organisational effectiveness and workforce readiness. You will collaborate with leaders and People teams to design practical, evidence-based solutions across org design, capability frameworks and change readiness.

You will lead on workforce and succession planning, coach senior leaders, and translate insights into scalable actions that sustain change in a complex international NGO

Qualifications

• Experience in organisational development, change and/or transformation within a complex or international organisation.
• Strong change-management capability including planning, stakeholder engagement and implementation.
• Experience designing and embedding organisational frameworks, including workforce planning and skills frameworks.
• Excellent analytical and data-literacy skills to generate insights for decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Designing and delivering organisational development interventions to strengthen effectiveness and leadership capability.
• Partner with leaders to diagnose challenges and identify practical solutions.
• Lead workforce and succession planning and develop skills and capability frameworks.
• Support organisational design initiatives, career pathways and internal talent mobility.
• Embed change management approaches and assess change readiness and impact.
• Coach leaders to build confidence and capability in leading change.
• Use data to identify trends, risks and capability priorities for planning.
