South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust (SLaM) is seeking an Assistant Transformation Manager to support the Strategy & Transformation directorate. You will assist in delivering transformational changes to improve quality, safety, experience and outcomes across directorates, working closely with operational and clinical leaders.

The role involves coordinating strategic workstreams, service redesign, stakeholder engagement, change management and benefits realisation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate crucial programme meetings and facilitate actions to be delivered.
• Track projects, milestones and ensure escalations are in place when there is variance to plan.
• Apply project and programme management tools and techniques with a strong track record in stakeholder engagement.
• Support delivery of strategic transformation workstreams and service redesign initiatives.
