Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd is seeking a Communications and Engagement Lead to drive internal communications for a large ERP transformation. You will turn complex information into clear, engaging content and use multi-channel approaches to inform and engage stakeholders.

Asset creation, narrative development and senior stakeholder liaison will be key, with a focus on measurable impact and timely delivery across digital and face-to-face channels.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in internal communications, stakeholder engagement or change communications.
• Experience within an agile, project-based environment.
• Exceptional written, verbal and editorial skills.
• Ability to simplify complex information for diverse audiences.
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Confident presenting to large audiences and facilitating workshops.
• Experience developing comms strategies and audience-focused content.
• Advanced presentation and briefing-material development skills.
• Strong storytelling, proofreading and content development capability.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to deliver rapid, practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal communications and engagement strategies for a major transformation programme.
• Create integrated communication plans informed by audience insight, data and priorities.
• Translate detailed technical information into clear, concise content.
• Develop narratives and key messages communicating change benefits and impact.
• Produce presentations, executive briefings, information packs and stakeholder materials.
• Identify and monitor programme-specific assets aligned with brand standards.
• Select effective channels for different audiences, including social media and events.
• Design and facilitate workshops to strengthen stakeholder engagement.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders and content owners.
• Review materials for accuracy, accessibility and editorial quality.
• Establish success measures and use data to improve performance.
• Own communication deliverables and ensure timely, high-standard outputs.
