Job summary

Tarmac is seeking a Change, Communications & Training Lead to drive the people side of a major transformation and rollout across multiple sites. You will own the end-to-end change strategy, lead a team of change, communications and training specialists, and ensure readiness, sponsorship and adoption across the organisation.

Ideal candidates bring experience in large-scale ERP or order-to-dispatch implementations, strong stakeholder influence, and a track record of delivering measurable adoption

Qualifications

• Strategic thinker with hands-on change leadership experience across large programmes.
• Experience delivering change strategies, governance, readiness and adoption metrics.
• Proven leadership of change, communications and training functions.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end change strategy and readiness for Project Falcon.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team of change, communications and training specialists.
• Drive stakeholder sponsorship, resistance management and engagement.
• Oversee programme communications and training design/delivery.
• Establish business readiness frameworks and go/no-go governance.
• Monitor adoption metrics and steer targeted interventions.
• Manage risks, budgets and resources; align with senior leaders.
