You will join the Enterprise Strategy & Transformation team, supporting strategic initiatives and continuous improvement across the Enterprise line of business. This high-impact role involves solving complex problems across commercial, operations and central support teams, translating data into actionable insights, and delivering scalable transformation outcomes that affect

Qualifikationen

1-3 years' experience in business analysis, consulting or operational roles.
Proven ability to translate data and stakeholder input into actionable insights.
Strong analytical thinking with structured problem-solving approach.

Aufgaben

Structure ambiguous enterprise problems into clear hypotheses, analyses and execution plans.
Lead quantitative and qualitative analysis using performance, financial, customer and operational data.
Develop business cases, scenarios and recommendations with clear trade-offs.
Produce executive-ready presentations and written recommendations for decisions.
Own defined workstreams from scoping through implementation.
Identify root causes and translate findings into sustainable improvements.
Collaborate with commercial, product, operations, finance and technology teams to test assumptions and drive outcomes.
Define success measures and track impact of changes.
