Job summary

Taxation, a leading professional services firm with a regional footprint and growing national and international capability, seeks a Senior Transfer Pricing Manager to shape and deliver its transfer pricing proposition. You will lead complex UK and international engagements and mentor a high-performing team.

You'll work closely with clients and internal stakeholders, crafting value-driven solutions in a collaborative, hybrid-working environment with clear progression toward director-level roles.

Qualifications

• Significant transfer pricing experience in professional services or complex in‑house environments.
• Strong knowledge of UK and OECD transfer pricing principles.
• Experience advising at a senior level with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic delivery of UK and international transfer pricing engagements.
• Design transfer pricing frameworks to support operating models and restructurings.
• Advise clients on transfer pricing risk in a global regulatory environment.
• Collaborate with tax, audit, and deal teams to deliver integrated advisory solutions.
• Develop and mentor managers and junior staff; lead business development discussions.
