Job summary

Impact Recruitment Services is seeking a Procurement & Tender Lead in a hybrid role based near Kettering. The role focuses on driving major tender opportunities, pricing competitively, and delivering successful outcomes for national accounts.

You will work across Sales and Procurement on opportunities from 250k to 13m, leading Go/No Go decisions and coordinating with suppliers to secure new business while ensuring robust implementation post-win.

Qualifications

• Procurement experience within a commercial environment.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Ability to build credible relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Proactive and determined approach with a genuine desire to win business.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing and assessing new business opportunities.
• Leading Go/No Go decision-making processes.
• Attending tender kick-off meetings and gathering key information.
• Working closely with procurement and category teams to build competitive proposals.
• Negotiating pricing and commercial terms with suppliers.
• Developing and maintaining strong supplier relationships.
• Managing multiple tenders through to submission.
• Supporting implementation and onboarding activities once business is won.
