Galliford Try seeks a credible engineering leader to join its Engineering Leadership Team as Head of Technical Solutions. You will shape the Engineering Strategy, grow service offerings, and build trusted client relationships at senior levels to deliver long-term profitable growth.
You will drive technical excellence, oversee governance, and champion innovation, health and safety, and Be Well initiatives across the Engineering Services business.
Qualifications
- Engineering background with broad understanding of engineering disciplines.
- Significant experience in consultancy, engineering or related environment.
- Chartered status desirable or equivalent qualification.
Responsibilities
- Develop strategic growth plans for service offerings across water, environment and industrial sectors.
- Lead client engagement and grow long-term agreements with key accounts.
- Provide technical leadership and governance across Engineering Services.
- Drive profitability and manage tender governance and contract reviews.
- Advise on carbon reduction, digital transformation and off-site construction.
