Job summary

Oracle in the United Kingdom is seeking a results-focused program manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives. You will identify risks, manage scope, estimate timelines, ensure compliance with security and accessibility standards, and align delivery with executive expectations.

You will drive strategy, plan dependencies, establish delivery standards, monitor KPIs, and report to senior leadership while mentoring teams and removing blockers to deliver reliable Oracle solutions.

Responsibilities

• Leverages technical knowledge to identify risks, manage scope, estimate program timelines, request feasibility, testing requirements, and determine resources.
• Ensures product or service delivery meets third party, security, export, and accessibility compliance requirements.
• Drives rapid response to security escalations, coordinating across teams and communicating to executives to assess risk and mitigation strategies.
• Forecasts program demands and resourcing to identify risks and ensure achievable goals.
• Leads development and implementation of processes to meet organizational SLAs.
• Identifies dependencies and risks, supports planning, and develops delivery standards aligned with Oracle best practices.
• Contributes to incident management efforts and identifies opportunities to improve processes.
• Aligns priorities with customers and stakeholders through regular reporting to senior leadership.
• Defines scope and milestones for programs and assists in establishing KPIs and measurement methods.
• Maintains documentation and communication strategies to keep partners and customers aligned on program goals.
• Manages cross-functional programs, guides staff, and removes barriers to enable delivery and adoption.
• Leads program status meetings and drives initiatives to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
• Creates and automates reporting, analyzes data to drive decision-making and improve program execution.
• Manages stakeholder relationships to align priorities and commitments and mitigate risks to customer satisfaction.
