Job summary

UK Software Company is seeking a Technical Product Manager to own a growing portfolio of interoperability products. You’ll shape product strategy, understand customer challenges and work with engineering teams to deliver complex solutions.

You’ll influence product direction beyond backlog management, engaging with architects, PO, and delivery managers to align with customer needs and commercial objectives. Eligible for UK Security Clearance, hybrid work from Nottingham.

Qualifications

• Experience managing technical software products.
• Product strategy and roadmap ownership.
• Customer discovery and requirements gathering.
• Communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve product strategy across a growing software portfolio.
• Work directly with customers to understand business challenges and future requirements.
• Own product roadmaps and shape long-term investment priorities.
• Translate high-level requirements into deliverable work for engineering teams.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Technical Architects and Delivery Managers through the lifecycle.
• Support product releases and ensure delivery of new capabilities.
• Develop value propositions across software, services and managed services.
• Work with Marketing to support launches, messaging and promotion.
