Job summary

Bellway Plc is recruiting a Technical Director for the Wales Division, based from the Cardiff office. You will lead the Technical and Commercial functions across a live development portfolio, collaborating with Land, Commercial, Construction and senior colleagues to ensure viable, compliant and cost-effective projects from inception to completion.

• Advise land on the technical viability of new sites.
• Ensure technical reports, drawings and processes meet schedules.
• Manage external consultants and production information.
• Provide progress updates to the Managing Director and Group.
