Job summary

Costa Coffee is seeking a Procurement Manager for Technology to lead end-to-end procurement of software, SaaS, hardware and services. You will shape sourcing strategies, negotiate with strategic suppliers and partner with senior stakeholders to deliver commercial value.

In this role you’ll drive cost optimisations, manage contractual risk and align technology investments with business priorities across Costa’s global operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in technology procurement across software, SaaS, hardware, and services.
• Proven ability to lead complex negotiations and strategic supplier management.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver sourcing strategies across software, SaaS, hardware, managed services and professional services, aligned with Costa’s priorities.
• Lead end-to-end procurement activity, including market engagement, sourcing, supplier selection, negotiation and renewals.
• Act as a trusted commercial partner to senior stakeholders, shaping requirements and business cases.
• Deliver measurable commercial value through savings and Total Cost of Ownership modelling.
• Manage strategic technology suppliers throughout the contract lifecycle with governance.
