You will influence market sufficiency, quality assurance and strategic commissioning, with strong governance and a child-centered approach. DBS clearance and legal right to work in the UK are required.

• Lead the Children in Care Home Finding team to deliver safe, high-quality placements.

• Contribute to strategy development, financial governance and use data to drive improvements.
• Engage with partners and stakeholders, manage budgets, and ensure value for money.
