Job summary

Rowden, headquartered in Bristol, is building a proactive Talent Sourcing function to stay ahead of demand as it scales. This hybrid role combines hands-on sourcing with strategic pipeline development and data-driven decision making.

You will own Rowden's proactive pipeline across hard-to-fill disciplines, partner with the TA team, and strengthen Rowden's presence in specialist communities to attract top engineering and tech talent.

Qualifications

• Proactive sourcing experience across specialist markets.
• Demonstrated ability to build and nurture pipelines before roles open.
• Strong Boolean search and familiarity with sourcing platforms.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for hard-to-fill roles.
• Own Rowden's sourcing strategy across passive channels and platforms.
• Engage, nurture and update candidate pools to keep them warm.
• Collaborate with TA Partners to hand over qualified pipelines before roles go live.
• Provide talent intelligence and market insights to inform planning.
