Job summary

Rowden, headquartered in Bristol, is expanding its People & Culture team with a Talent Sourcing Specialist role. You’ll build proactive pipelines for tough-to-fill disciplines such as RF engineering, ML, systems engineering and software, while shaping Rowden’s sourcing strategy and channels beyond LinkedIn.

The role combines hands-on sourcing with data-driven market insight to steer workforce planning. Hybrid role with a minimum of 3 days on-site at our Bristol HQ.

Qualifications

• Proactive sourcing and headhunting experience.
• Experience with technical or specialist roles.
• Ability to build warm candidate pipelines before vacancies.
• Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines across hard-to-fill roles.
• Own sourcing strategy across passive channels and tools.
• Maintain living candidate pools and update pipelines.
• Collaborate with TA to accelerate hiring and handover qualified pipelines.
• Provide talent intelligence and market insights to inform planning.
• Represent Rowden in specialist communities to strengthen employer brand.
