Job summary

Armstrong Watson LLP in Carlisle is seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join the People Team and deliver an exemplary internal recruitment service across service lines and offices.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment, directly source talent via LinkedIn Recruiter, support senior advisors, and contribute to reporting and process improvements, with a focus on building long-term client relationships and a values-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, preferably end-to-end management of vacancies.
• Sourcing candidates via platforms including LinkedIn Recruiter.
• CIPD Level 3 qualification is desirable, not essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned vacancies.
• Conduct direct sourcing of talent using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms.
• Support Senior Talent Acquisition Advisors with administrative tasks and candidate long-lists.
• Understand vacancies to best match candidates.
• Maintain candidate data in the ATS and suggest system enhancements.
• Compile Talent Acquisition reports and assist with agency liaison.
• Support the Talent Acquisition Team and wider People Team with tasks and projects.
