Job summary

Wallace Hind Selection LTD is recruiting for a Supply Chain Manager role in Nottingham, offering end-to-end ownership of the order-to-delivery process. You will lead Customer Service, Procurement, Planning and Logistics, driving S&OP and improvements in service, costs and inventory.

The role requires strong leadership across multiple functions within a manufacturing environment, with a focus on alignment of demand, capacity and resources to support growth and site consolidation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Supply Chain/Logistics/Procurement leadership role.
• Experience leading S&OP, demand planning and customer service in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of supply chain management principles, inventory control, and logistics operations.
• Experience with MRP systems and supply chain planning software.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supply chain process from customer order receipt through to final delivery.
• Provide leadership across Customer Service, Procurement, Production Planning, Logistics and Warehouse (internal and external).
• Support site consolidation and business growth initiatives through effective planning and execution.
• Lead the development and implementation of a robust Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process.
• Ensure alignment between customer demand forecasts, production capacity and resource availability.
• Work with Commercial, Sales, Customer Service, Manufacturing and Finance to balance service, costs, inventory and performance.
