Job summary

Wallace Hind Selection is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager for a premium packaging company in the UK, based in Nottingham. This high-impact role provides end-to-end ownership of the order-to-delivery process and a single point of accountability for supply chain performance.

You will lead Customer Service, Procurement, Planning and Logistics, drive S&OP development, and work with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and enable future growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Supply Chain Manager role within manufacturing.
• Experience leading S&OP, demand planning and customer service functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimise end-to-end supply chain from order receipt to final delivery.
• Provide leadership across Customer Service, Procurement, Planning, Logistics and Warehouse.
• Develop and implement Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) processes.
