Job summary

The Supply Chain Manager at 2MRW Group will oversee procurement, production planning, inventory, logistics, and distribution to optimise end-to-end supply chain performance. We seek a strategic thinker with strong analytics, hands-on leadership, and a track-record of delivering cost savings and process improvements in a manufacturing environment.

Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and advanced Excel is essential to drive data‑guided decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 7+ years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, logistics, procurement, and inventory management.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• APICS/CSCP or similar certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives and customer demands.
• Manage procurement, production planning, inventory control, logistics, and distribution operations.
• Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
• Monitor KPIs to ensure supply chain efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, sales, finance, and engineering.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers and logistics partners.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Mitigate supply chain risks and develop contingency plans to address disruptions.
• Utilize ERP systems to enhance data visibility and decision-making.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing supply chain team.
