Job summary

You will build relationships with Tier 1–3 suppliers, lead onboarding and mobilisation, plan procurement, and monitor performance across multiple partners to drive continuous improvement and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., Supply Chain, Engineering, Procurement).
• Experience in regulated environments (nuclear, defence, infrastructure) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of supplier governance and procurement planning.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an integrated supply chain aligned to programme delivery.
• Build and manage relationships with Tier 1–3 and SME suppliers.
• Identify capability gaps and develop sourcing strategies.
• Support implementation of supply chain strategy and supplier relationship frameworks.
• Lead supplier onboarding and mobilisation activities.
• Coordinate with security, commercial and operations for supplier access.
• Monitor supplier performance against KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
