Job summary

NES Fircroft is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to join the Aberdeen team. You will drive effective procurement, contract administration, and supplier management to support operations and projects.

The role requires knowledge of procurement processes, strong IT skills (Excel), and experience with SAP. A degree in a related field and proactive organization are preferred traits for this position.

Qualifications

• Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related discipline preferred.
• Experience in procurement, contracts, or supply chain—E&P sector a plus.
• Understanding of procurement processes, contract administration, and supplier management.
• Proactive and organised, able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to HSEQ policies across supply chain activities.
• Negotiate and administer contracts, purchase orders, and service agreements.
• Coordinate procurement activities to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Support contractor management and HSEQ activities to prevent incidents.
• Review and improve contracting and purchasing procedures for efficiency.
• Monitor compliance with SCM processes by internal stakeholders.
• Interface with SMEs on dangerous goods, lifting equipment, and PPE.
