OpSec Security, Inc. is seeking a highly organized Supplier Management Analyst to join our global Supply Chain team.

You will support supplier governance, risk management, ESG initiatives and procurement operations across an international business, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure records are accurate and improvements are driven. This role suits someone who enjoys working with data, managing multiple priorities and driving improvements with analytical

Qualifications

• Experience within Procurement, Supply Chain, Supplier Management or a related business function.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency across Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Supplier Risk Management: maintain reputational risk information and support mitigation plans.
• Supplier Governance & Compliance: keep supplier records, onboarding and governance reviews up to date.
• ESG & Sustainability: track and report supplier ESG metrics and monitor industry best practices.
• Procurement & Strategic Sourcing: support tenders, negotiations and contract renewals.
• Data Analysis & Continuous Improvement: build dashboards and identify process improvements.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Procurement, Operations, Finance, Legal and Quality teams.
