Placements24 is recruiting for a fast-growing technology firm to hire a Strategic Sourcing Manager in Randburg, Gauteng. You will develop sourcing strategies and lead supplier partnerships across global operations, driving cost savings and risk mitigation.

You will collaborate with R&D, engineering, and operations to align product requirements with supplier capabilities, negotiate favorable terms, and monitor performance.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• MBA is a plus.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or category management.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sourcing strategies that deliver significant cost savings.

About the Role

Our client, a fast-growing technology firm, is looking for an adept Strategic Sourcing Manager to join their team in Randburg, Gauteng, ZA . This role is critical for identifying, evaluating, and developing strategic supplier partnerships to support the company's expanding product lines and service offerings. The Strategic Sourcing Manager will be responsible for driving cost savings, mitigating supply chain risks, and ensuring the quality and innovation of sourced materials and services. Requirements

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Must be fluent in English.
