An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Strategic Sourcing Manager to join a financial services organisation on a 12-month FTC. This role offers flexibility, hybrid working, and the chance to make a real impact across a diverse range of corporate service categories.

Overview
Reporting to the Head of Procurement, you'll lead high-value sourcing initiatives across Professional & Corporate Services, including HR, Customer Operations, Facilities Management, Finance, Legal, and Consultancy. You'll be instrumental in shaping sourcing strategies, delivering commercial outcomes, and building strong supplier relationships.

  • Lead end-to-end sourcing projects, from defining business needs to contract negotiation.
  • Deliver commercial strategies that drive cost savings, innovation, and operational efficiency.
  • Influence senior stakeholders and align procurement activities with business goals.
