Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic sourcing initiatives aligned to SQDC priorities and drive measurable improvements.
• Partner with internal stakeholders across sourcing, operations, EHS, Business Development and other functions to set priorities and execute initiatives.
• Translate complex information into concise, persuasive communications.
• Create executive-ready presentations, action plans, updates, and materials for senior leadership.
• Support leadership reviews, operating mechanisms and high-visibility meetings with compelling materials.
• Apply lean thinking and continuous improvement to solve problems and enhance performance.
