Qualifications

At least 10 years in direct sourcing in instrument manufacturing; Life Sciences/Diagnostics preferred.
Global procurement leadership experience; direct spend experience preferred.
At least 5 years of leadership responsibility.
Willingness to travel up to 20% domestically and internationally.
Bachelor’s in Supply Chain/Operations; Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead complex pricing and contract negotiations with focus on price productivity.
Develop, implement, and execute procurement strategy, processes, and policies.
Identify total cost of ownership opportunities and cost-saving projects.
Ensure supply chain resilience and supply assurance for instrument components.
Develop strategic suppliers via performance reviews and KPI assessments.
Collaborate with R&D and manufacturing on new product introduction.
Analyze spend data by site, supplier, and technology to optimize spend.
Lead and coach sourcing team with clear objectives and metrics.
