Job summary

Culina Group Limited is seeking an Assistant Sourcing Manager to join the Central Group Procurement team in delivering structured sourcing activities across indirect spend. You will manage sourcing projects from business requirements through to implementation, partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver value and potential progression within a dynamic procurement function.

Qualifications

Experience in Indirect Procurement, Strategic Sourcing or buying.
Proven value delivery via competitive tendering and supplier management.
Ability to craft tender documentation with clear output specs and KPIs.
Strong project management to run multiple sourcing projects.
Structured supplier evaluation using weighted criteria and scorecards.
Knowledge of negotiation strategies and commercial decision-making.
Experience drafting and negotiating contracts with legal teams.

Responsibilities

Lead sourcing projects within assigned categories to achieve best-value outcomes.
Develop and implement strategic sourcing and category plans.
Create tender documents and manage tender processes end-to-end.
Negotiate terms, drive supplier performance, and handover to SRMs.
Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to deliver value.
Identify opportunities for cost optimisation and sustainability improvements.
