Cameo in Banbury is seeking a Programme Manager to lead and deliver software and technology projects for diverse customers. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage plans, budgets and risks, and ensure on-time delivery to high standards.

You will support Agile delivery, facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups and reviews, and act as a trusted day-to-day contact with stakeholders. The role offers clear career progression in a growing tech business.

Formación

• A recognised project management qualification such as PRINCE2, APM or Agile/Scrum.
• Understanding of software development and the software development lifecycle.
• Experience of Agile delivery methods such as Scrum.
• Strong organisational and planning skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to identify risks and issues early and turn them into practical actions.
• Confidence working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships.
• Experience using project management and Microsoft Office tools.
• Good understanding of budgets, resources, timescales and project delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Planning and coordinating projects from initiation through to delivery and customer sign-off.
• Creating and maintaining project plans, schedules, milestones and deliverables.
• Coordinating software development, configuration and implementation activity.
• Working closely with Product, Engineering, Business Analysis and Professional Services teams.
• Supporting Agile ways of working, including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives.
• Monitoring project progress, identifying blockers and keeping delivery on track.
• Managing scope, change requests, risks, issues and dependencies.
• Coordinating customer deployment activity, including testing, data migration and go-live.
• Acting as a key day-to-day contact for customers and managing stakeholder expectations.
• Running project meetings and providing clear updates on progress, risks and next steps.
• Supporting budget, resource and forecast tracking.
• Producing accurate project reports and maintaining project documentation.
• Supporting project handover, customer sign-off and lessons learned.
• Contributing ideas to improve project processes, tools and ways of working
