Job summary

Aimee Willow Connex Limited is seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to originate SME loan opportunities, conduct due diligence, and structure transactions for a growing West Yorkshire investment portfolio. You will build an introducer network, promote the fund, and manage post-investment performance with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Previous investment management experience with strong technical background.
• Solid commercial acumen and analytical skills.
• Established introducer networks within West Yorkshire is a plus.
• Demonstrate credit risk and analytical capabilities.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Developing a broad network of introducers to originate deal flow.
• Undertaking business development and self-generating proposals for the Fund.
• Identify and assess SME loan opportunities to meet targets (£0.1m–£2m per deal).
• Perform due diligence with stakeholders and recommend transaction structures.
• Prepare reports and presentations to the Investment Committee.
• Engage with external advisers to complete regulatory and legal elements.
• Post-investment monitoring and guidance on operational issues.
• Collaborate with Portfolio team and wider business for complex solutions.
