A leading MEP contractor is seeking a Senior Planning Manager to oversee planning for major projects across Europe. This role requires over 10 years of experience in planning within construction or MEP environments, strong understanding of project controls, and advanced proficiency in Primavera P6. The successful candidate will lead project planning efforts, drive improvements in processes, and mentor junior planners, ensuring delivery excellence from pre-construction to handover.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience in planning within construction or MEP environments.
• Strong MEP background – essential.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 (essential).

Responsibilities

• Leading planning across large-scale MEP projects.
• Developing and managing detailed project programmes.
• Creating baseline schedules and maintaining programme control.
