What you'll do:
  • Developing and executing strategic account plans that align with client goals and Sodexo's business objectives
  • Building and maintaining long-term client relationships at senior leadership levels
  • Leading cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and operational excellence
  • Identifying opportunities for business growth, upselling, and expanding the scope of services
  • Providing market insights and strategic recommendations to influence client decisions and Sodexo's business strategy
  • Mentoring and guiding account managers to develop talent and ensure high-performing teams
What we're looking for:

To be successful in this role, you will possess a strong track record in strategic client management, business growth and operational excellence. You will bring a wealth of knowledge and have a proven ability to manage and develop complex, high-value client accounts or operational teams, combined with strategic and commercial acumen, strong negotiation, influencing, and leadership skills. Inspirational leaders who can mentor, guide and motivate teams to deliver results, with a results-driven mindset and a passion for client and operational success, will thrive in this role.
