Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Senior Security Consultant to lead security design work for transformational programmes across critical UK infrastructure. You will engage in threat analysis, risk management, and governance, delivering integrated security solutions with client teams in the UK and overseas.

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant discipline is required.
• Experience in design delivery, including multidisciplinary design.
• Knowledge in threat & risk analysis, security risk management, or related areas.
• Experience delivering governance, policies and procedures to meet standards (NPSA, ISO, LPCB).
• Affiliation with a professional security body (e.g., SIL, RSES, ASC) is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Undertake technical work within specialist service areas following design standards and codes to high quality levels.
• Prepare briefs, scopes of work, and input into bid proposals.
• Manage time and budgets to key project milestones.
• Collaborate with the client and UK/overseas teams to deliver integrated design solutions.
• Adhere to quality assurance standards in design.
