Job summary

Anglia Ruskin University is seeking a Senior Schools & Colleges Engagement Manager (Widening Access) to lead the Schools and Colleges Team within Marketing, External Relations and Engagement. The role focuses on data-informed strategic plans and reporting against OfS Access & Participation requirements.

You will manage a diverse range of stakeholders, drive engagement with schools and colleges, and travel between Cambridge and Chelmsford campuses as needed.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level.
• Proven track record in leading teams and working with diverse groups.
• Experience in Widening Access and Participation is essential; Higher Education Student Recruitment experience is welcome.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance, development, and implementation of data-informed strategic and operational plans for the Schools and Colleges Team.
• Report progress against the access elements of the Access & Participation Plan required by OfS.
• Build and maintain relationships with colleagues, partners, and external stakeholders; lead problems to resolution.
