Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience of managing budgets, financial reporting and maintaining systems of controls.
• Experience at a senior level; including management of staff, premises, HR policies and payroll procedures.
• Excellent communication skills with children, families, staff and partners.
• Ability to monitor wraparound care provision to prevent arrears.
• Commitment to safeguarding and welfare of children.
