Job summary

Melksham Oak Community School is seeking an experienced Senior Operations Lead to provide exceptional operational leadership across the school. You will oversee professional services, coordinate support functions and work with colleagues within the school and across The White Horse Federation to deliver efficient, compliant operations that support educational outcomes.

This role offers a permanent contract, 37 hours per week, all year round (with potential term-time plus two weeks if required),

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership across the school and collaborate with colleagues within the school and across The White Horse Federation.

• Drive service delivery excellence, compliance and operational effectiveness to support educational outcomes.
• Lead non-teaching functions and ensure effective delivery of operational services.
