Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in managing budgets and financial controls.
• Recruitment experience and SCR management.
• Knowledge of health and safety legislation and premises oversight.
• Experience with complex data systems, DfE returns, and GDPR compliance.
• Pupil-centred operational decision-making with a values-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight of finance, HR, premises, and health and safety.
• Lead on recruitment, SCR, and line management of office and premises teams.
• Collaborate with Headteacher and SLT to support high-quality education.
• Oversee joint operational procedures with Springfield Special School on site.
