Job summary

Albourne CofE Primary School in West Sussex is seeking a strategic, organised and forward-thinking School Business Manager to join the Senior Leadership Team and support the Headteacher in achieving the school's educational aims.

The SBM will lead and manage school support staff, oversee financial resource management, MIS, ICT, HR and facilities, and act as a key partner in the strategic development of the school.

Qualifications

• Is highly organised, proactive and confident, with strong leadership skills.
• Has excellent financial and business acumen and can manage budgets and resources effectively.
• Can lead and continually improve administrative and operational systems.
• Communicates brilliantly and builds positive relationships with staff, families, governors and partners.
• Has strong experience of HR, payroll, data and compliance.
• Can oversee ICT, premises, contracts and health & safety with confidence.
• Understands safeguarding, confidentiality and data protection.
• Is excited to be part of our Senior Leadership Team, contributing to the strategic development of the school.

Responsibilities
