STARK Building Materials UK is seeking a Sales Executive to manage and grow an account portfolio across High Wycombe, Amersham, Berkhamstead and Chesham. You will build strong customer relationships, drive profitable sales and deliver a seamless experience through proactive engagement and effective project follow-up.

Working with branch teams and suppliers, you will prioritise orders, identify opportunities and reactivate dormant accounts while delivering consistent results through teamwork

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, account management or customer support.
• Clear and professional communicator across phone, email, and in-person.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow your assigned account portfolio.
• Develop trust relationships with customers to maintain profitability.
• Be proactive, responsive, and conduct regular site visits and check-ins.
• Explain and quote projects to meet revenue and growth targets.
• Coordinate with branches to prioritise orders and align with site schedules.
• Provide specification and product data as required.
• Assist onboarding of new accounts to grow spend.
• Understand customer needs and propose solutions accordingly.
• Target dormant accounts to reactivate them.
• Build supplier relationships to grow customer business.
• Collaborate with branches and colleagues to achieve strong outcomes.
