Job Description

  • Build and lead all revenue-generating departments, including sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
  • Develop and implement strategic and tactical initiatives to drive revenue growth and market share within the employee benefit.
  • Collaborate with the CEO and CTO to set and achieve financial goals.
  • Analyse market trend and customer needs to create scalable and repeatable go-to-market strategies within SMB, mid-market and Enterprise customers.
  • Ensure consistent revenue forecasting and reporting to key stakeholders.
  • Foster a high-performance culture across all revenue-related teams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Strategic Sales Director should have:

  • Senior commercial leadership experience in high-growth Employee Benefits, Earned Wage Benefits, HRTech, or EdTech SaaS environments
  • Deep understanding of how HR and Finance stakeholders evaluate and adopt financial wellbeing or benefits platforms
  • A proven track record of scaling ARR through sales, partnerships, and customer success
  • Passion for purpose-led businesses and improving people's financial lives
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and align cross-functional teams at a senior level
  • Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to strategy and execution
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a builder's mentality to create from the ground up
  • Consistent success in meeting and exceeding ambitious financial targets
