Job summary

PA Consulting is seeking an experienced Risk & Regulation Advisory Consultant to drive risk governance across financial services clients in London. The role involves delivering innovative risk solutions, shaping enterprise risk programs, and advising on regulatory changes with senior stakeholders.

You will work in a Hybrid mode, with time split between office and client sites, contributing to a growing, high-impact team focused on governance, controls and strategic risk management.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in enterprise risk management within regulated financial services.
• Deep understanding of the three lines of defence model, including 2LOD governance.
• Experience conducting independent risk, governance and controls reviews and regulatory assessments.
• Experience designing and embedding risk management frameworks and KRIs.
• Strong understanding of FCA/PRA regulatory expectations for governance and risk oversight.
