Job summary

PA Consulting Group is seeking a Risk & Regulation Advisory Consultant in the UK to lead complex risk projects for financial services clients, focusing on enterprise risk, governance and regulatory change. You will collaborate with regulators, boards and executives to shape risk frameworks and assurance work.

We value deep sector expertise, strong client relationships, and the ability to navigate evolving regulatory demands.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in enterprise risk management within regulated financial services.
• Deep understanding of the three lines of defence model, including governance arrangements.
• Experience conducting independent risk, governance and controls reviews, including regulatory reviews.
• Experience designing, embedding and assessing risk management frameworks (risk appetite, KRIs, MI).
• Strong understanding of FCA/PRA regulatory expectations for governance and risk management.
• Awareness of evolving regulatory landscape and emerging risks in financial services.
• Deep expertise in one or more risk taxonomy areas (enterprise, operational, conduct, prudential).
