Job summary

HS2 Ltd is seeking an experienced risk professional to manage enterprise risk across the programme. You will develop policies, quantify risk, and ensure consistent application of risk management methodology.

In this role you will support performance reporting, advise delivery areas, and guide teams in using risk data to drive informed decisions while promoting inclusive, flexible working practices.

Qualifications

• Ability to undertake qualitative and quantitative risk analyses in support of business decision making.
• Ability to build cost, schedule and risk models in multiple applications.
• Ability to communicate risk concepts clearly to stakeholders.
• Experience applying risk management policies and standards across programmes.

Responsibilities

• Develop an integrated view of risk across the programme.
• Provide guidance in risk management to teams across the programme.
• Develop and implement risk policies, processes and standards.
• Support joint evaluation of risks with Project Controls and suppliers.
• Prepare and explain risk data to leaders for decision making.
