Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Risk Manager to support projects within the Energy & Natural Resources division in the UK. You’ll capture risk data, assess threats and opportunities, and help maintain risk visibility and budgets.

The role involves working with Safran, @risk and PRA tools, and collaborating across project controls and supply chain. This position requires strong communication, sector versatility, and a willingness to work in a nuclear context.

Qualifications

• Professional risk management experience across project lifecycles.
• Ability to adjust risk strategies in response to change.
• Excellent communication of complex risk data to stakeholders.
• Familiarity with risk management systems such as Safran, @risk, PRA.
• Strategic thinking and strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan design and implement risk management processes tailored to client needs.
• Facilitate risk workshops with subject matter experts.
• Create and maintain risk registers and information.
• Challenge risk data to improve robustness and quality.
• Drive mitigation actions across projects and programmes.
• Develop measurable management responses, post-mitigation.
• Conduct Quantitative Risk Assessment for cost/schedule impacts.
• Produce risk reporting using PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Power BI.
