Job summary

Randstad Finance is seeking an ambitious Risk, Controls or Assurance professional to make a visible impact within a leading multinational organisation. You will deploy and operationalise a new Control Framework across finance and key operational risk areas, conduct control assessments, and drive remediation with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related discipline; professional accounting qualification desirable.
• 5+ years in internal controls, risk management, or assurance in complex environments.
• Big 4 experience in assurance or risk consulting is strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of financial/operational control environments and governance codes.
• Tech-savvy with analytics and reporting tools such as Power BI or SAP/S4HANA.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and operationalise the new Control Framework across finance and key risk areas.
• Conduct control assessments, walkthroughs, testing, and self-assessments.
• Identify gaps, perform root-cause analyses, and track remediation.
• Advise control owners and support training, change management, and risk culture.
• Prepare reporting packs, dashboards, and analyses showing risk trends.
• Support assurance and audit findings with actionable remediation plans.
