Responsibilities

• Support pay and reward programmes, including pay reviews and incentive schemes.
• Analyse data, market trends and salary surveys to keep rewards competitive.
• Manage employee benefits by coordinating with external providers and advisers.
• Support employee risk benefits and annual review processes.
• Develop and improve reward offerings based on trends and feedback.
• Ensure audits, controls and compliance with policies and statutory requirements.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll and HR Administration to implement changes on time.
• Create clear communications to keep employees informed about benefits and rewards.
