Morrisons is recruiting a Buyer to join our Head Office in Bradford. The role will plan, source, select and negotiate a commercial and competitively priced product range across all channels, building on customer buying insights to drive sales and margin.

You will work with wholesale, supply chain, finance and technical teams, manage supplier relationships, track ranges from development to store delivery, and ensure timely launches and value for UK and export customers.

Qualificações

• Experience working in a buying role in a retail and sales environment.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
• Strong commercial awareness with customer-focused approach.

Responsabilidades

• Maximise sales and profit inline with the budget plan.
• Regular competitor analysis including range, and price benchmarking.
• Develop strong, collaborative relationships with suppliers.
• Deliver a customer relevant, commercially sound range for UK and export customers.
• Manage the development process and on-time delivery of ranges to store.
• Collaborate with wholesale team and cross-functional colleagues.
