Job summary

The University of Greenwich is seeking a skilled Research Culture Data and Evaluation Analyst to support the SPRE framework, aligned to REF 2029 and Strategy 2030. You will collect, link and analyse datasets, developing insights that drive institutional change in research culture.

You will collaborate with Strategic Planning, GRI, EDI and People Directorate to build an evidence base for decision-making, delivering dashboards and evaluation frameworks across the university.

Qualifications

  • Significant experience in data analysis, evaluation, and insight generation within large, complex organisations.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, integrate and analyse institutional datasets relevant to research culture and priorities.
  • Conduct mixed-methods analysis and evaluation activities to support REF 2029 Strategy, People, and Research Environment development.
  • Develop dashboards, indicators, visualisations and reporting tools to support strategic planning and evidence-informed decision-making.
  • Support the development of consistent SPRE indicators and evaluation frameworks aligned to Strategy 2030, REF and institutional KPIs.
  • Contribute to communities of practice, institutional reporting and continuous improvement initiatives relating to data, evaluation and research culture.
