Job summary

Imperial College London is seeking a REF Project Manager to lead on project management and preparations for the REF2029 submission. You will analyse data, draft and edit REF components, and support the central REF team in data management and audits.

The role requires strong governance and communication skills, with collaboration across ICT, the Library, and Faculty REF Managers to ensure a high-quality submission within a tight timeframe.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating and delivering complex projects with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
• Experience working with large datasets relevant to research outputs or institutional reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis of REF-related data and design reports and dashboards.
• Develop institutional-level narratives and evidence statements for REF2029.
• Support governance, committees and working groups related to REF2029.
