Qualifications

• Ideally 2-5 PQE in transactional real estate.

• Innovative mindset and curiosity about AI/technology.
• Willingness to be a super-user within the real estate group.

Responsibilities

• Role involves a broad range of transactional real estate work: investment, restructuring, development, acquisitions, disposals, corporate support and real estate finance.
• Manage work to support optimal utilisation; assist senior lawyers as required; delegate and provide feedback to juniors.
• Build and strengthen client relationships; communicate progress and deliver timely updates.
• Contribute to billing processes and internal knowledge sharing; participate in business development.
