Job summary

Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust invites applications for Head of Radiology Operations. The operational lead will drive the radiology service across Stoke Mandeville, Wycombe and Amersham, ensuring high-quality, patient-centred care and delivery of business and project plans.

The post also covers the Community Diagnostics Centre and requires effective collaboration with clinical leads and senior managers.

Qualifications

• BSc Radiography or equivalent and registered with HCPC.
• Qualification to masters equivalent level.
• Evidence of significant continued personal development.
• Hold a Radiation Protection Supervisor Qualification.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational radiology services across Stoke Mandeville, Wycombe and Amersham.
• Develop and deliver business and project plans for the radiology service.
• Ensure performance targets and strategic objectives are met.
• Collaborate with Radiology Clinical Leads, senior managers and consultants.
